The building
The developer’s plan set covers a lower ground, the ground floor and floors one to eight. Shops take the lower ground, ground, first and second floors. Floors three to six follow a typical plan of studios and one-bed apartments; the 7th floor is apartments; the 8th floor is drawn as a food court with terrace dining.
The architecture borrows from traditional Chinese buildings: vermilion full-height frames, lattice screens and upturned eaves. Renders are artist's impressions, for reference only.
