What is on offer

The inventory sheet has a food-court section with units of 570–617 sq ft, all at Rs 40,000 / sq ft. Which floor those units are on is not printed on the sheet, so we show them as "floor to be confirmed" until the developer confirms it in writing.

Separately, the developer's 8th-floor plan draws a food-court hall wrapped by a dining terrace, with covered area 4,581 sq ft, saleable area 1,735.5 sq ft, 5 shops drawn on the plan. The owner's planned focus for the rooftop is restaurants and terrace dining. The listed food-court units are not placed on that plan.

The numbers for a food-court unit

FC10 (570 sq ft) is Rs 2,28,00,000: Rs 68,40,000 down, then 24 instalments of Rs 5,70,000 each, and Rs 22,80,000 on possession. FC9 (617 sq ft) is Rs 2,46,80,000: Rs 74,04,000 down, then 24 instalments of Rs 6,17,000 each, and Rs 24,68,000 on possession.

The instalment schedule is confirmed at booking. Prices are from the developer's current inventory sheet and are confirmed at booking.

How to evaluate a food-court unit

A food-court unit is a different purchase from a shop: what matters is the seating it shares, the kitchen services it can have, and how people reach the floor. None of that is on the price list, so ask before you book.

• Ask which floor the unit is on and to see it marked on the developer’s plan.
• Ask what kitchen services (gas, exhaust, water, drainage) the unit is designed for.
• Ask how shared seating and common areas are managed, and what that costs.
• Ask for the instalment schedule and the payee details in writing.
